Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the bank’s technology strategy to support business goals.

- Oversee cloud initiatives and drive digital transformation projects across the organization.
- Identify and implement emerging technology trends that can create new business models.
- Collaborate with senior management to ensure technology investments deliver optimal value.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize service delivery.
Key Requirements:
- Candidates with global experience focusing on the Central European region.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced certifications in technology or management are a plus.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on IT leadership.
