Job Description

We are currently partnering with a prestigious and well-established organization with a strong reputation in its industry. As part of their growth strategy, they are building a dedicated Human Resources function at their Dubai office.

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and dynamic Head of HR to lead the function and ensure that people operations are aligned with the business goals and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that supports the company’s overall business objectives. Lead the HR function within dubai, ensuring alignment with the company’s global strategy and compliance with local regulations.
  • Talent Acquisition & Development: Oversee recruitment efforts, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent across all business areas. Foster a culture of continuous development through targeted learning and leadership development programs.
  • Employee Experience & Engagement: Cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Prioritize employee engagement and satisfaction by implementing effective feedback systems.
  • HR Operations & Compliance: Establish robust HR operations and ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations in DIFC. Manage payroll, benefits, and HR systems effectively.
  • Performance Management: Drive performance management systems that foster a high-performance culture. Implement structured feedback mechanisms and performance appraisals aligned with company goals.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing HR team. Provide guidance and support across the organization on all HR-related matters.
  • Change Management: Lead HR-driven change initiatives, fostering adaptability and ensuring smooth transitions during organizational changes and growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in a large multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and regulations.
  • A track record of successfully building and scaling HR functions in a growing business.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent management, leadership development, employee relations, and change management.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
