Job Title:

Our client, a leading financial institution in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Head of Procurement & Administration to lead and enhance procurement strategies and administrative operations. This role is responsible for managing procurement processes, vendor relationships, and facilities administration to ensure efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement policies and strategies to optimize costs and operational efficiency.
  • Lead supplier selection, contract negotiations, and vendor management to ensure value-driven procurement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance in all procurement activities.
  • Oversee administrative functions, including facility management and office services.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business needs.
  • Manage procurement budgets and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
  • Drive digital transformation and automation within procurement and administrative functions.
  • Lead and develop a team of procurement and administrative professionals.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, PMP, MCIPS, CPSM, CSCP, CPP, CPPM, or SCPro) highly preferred.
  • Experience: 10-15 years of experience in procurement and administration, ideally within the financial services or banking sector.
  • Leadership: Strong background in team management, procurement strategy, and vendor negotiations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in procurement software, contract management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Language: Fluency in English. Arabic Proficiency is an added advantage.
