Job Description:
An influential business group (financial services) in Qatar is looking to hire a HR Performance Management Lead to take oversee performance reviews, optimizing frameworks and enhancing HR technology solutions. This role plays a key part in enabling a high-performance culture, with a strong focus on technical excellence and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate would serve as a technical expert on HR systems — Cornerstone, HRIS, and other tools supporting performance and talent management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage the full performance management cycle, including goal-setting, reviews, calibration, and feedback processes.
- Administer and continuously improve performance processes via talent management softwares.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to align performance initiatives with organizational goals.
- Deliver system training and provide hands-on support to end-users across departments.
- Generate and analyse reports to identify trends, monitor KPIs, and recommend improvements.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in performance management or talent systems within a corporate environment.
- Advanced, hands-on knowledge of Cornerstone OnDemand is a must (especially the Performance module).
- Strong understanding of HRIS platforms and broader HR tech infrastructure.
- Technically sound, with the ability to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize system functionality.
- Skilled in interpreting performance data and translating it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Degree in HR, IT, or Business; certifications in HR technology platforms are a plus.
