Jennifer Yang leads our APAC legal, compliance and corporate practice in Madison Pearl Hong Kong.

As seasoned recruiter, Jennifer possesses over 15 years of recruitment experience. Her coverage pronominally focus on In-house Legal counsel, Compliance, Risk management, Finance & Aduit, and operation function recruitment across Asia. Mandates including head of legal and compliance, regional head of compliance, CFO, CCO, CRO, head of risk, general counsel, in house legal counsel, named company secretary. Her major clients include global banks, global conglomerates, HK regulators, asset managers, P/E funds, FinTech, professional services, Law firms, insurance and management consultancy firms as well as local conglomerates.

Before started recruitment career, Jennifer has worked in one of largest investment bank in Taiwan as derivative trader. Has worked in Canada, Taiwan, Hong Kong and France, Jennifer possesses solid market knowledge; is well connected with global clients and talents and understands well different markets dynamic. Jennifer often viewed by client as mature, responsible and trustworthy individual who possess strong analytical skill and business acumen work as senior strategic partner with business.

Jennifer has lived in Hong Kong for more than 9 years before moved to France for 3 years. She has relocated back to HK in 2024. She graduated from UBC, Canada, and holds a master science degree in Peking university.
