Job Description:
Madison Pearl is partnering with one of a kind financial regulator in Dubai for an opportunity of Finance Administrator within their Operation division. The incubator will me responsible for processing customer invoices and providing administrative support for a wide range of financial activities, including invoicing, data entry, filing, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance in handling petty cash to ensure proper utilization of resources.
- Enter financial data into systems accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare and issue customer invoices promptly and accurately, with appropriate supporting documents, ensuring reconciliation with the Regulatory Information System and Microsoft Dynamics 365 reports.
- Maintain records of funds received from authorized firms and applicants, coordinating with the supervision department to ensure correct allocation.
- Manage and monitor fee collections to ensure outstanding balances are cleared efficiently.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors degree with a major in Accounting and Finance.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Well versed with month end and year end accruals procedure.
- Ability to prepare minute of Finance department.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 accounting system preferable.
