Job Description:
Madison Pearl is partnering with a renowned bank in Abu Dhabi, to expand their Strategy team. The Consultant plays a key role in supporting the organization’s long-term vision by analysing market trends, assessing business performance, and recommending strategic initiatives.
Key Focus Areas:
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
- Support the development and execution of corporate and business unit strategies.
- Identify risks and opportunities that may impact business performance and propose actionable solutions.
- Prepare business cases, feasibility studies, and financial models to evaluate strategic initiatives.
- Track and report on performance metrics, KPIs, and progress toward strategic objectives.
Ideal Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Strategy, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business analysis, or corporate planning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
