Job Description:
Madison Pearl is partnering with a freezone entity based in Dubai for a role of Assistant Director with their treasury and cash management department. The purpose of this role is to improve efficiency by evaluating and monitoring operational & financial performance of the entity and their subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the reconciliation of bank accounts, credit cards, and online portal transactions.
- Handling the placement of excess funds with financial institutions and negotiating favourable rates.
- Supervising all bank accounts for the organization and its subsidiaries.
- Supporting the line manager in securing financing facilities, whether new or existing.
- Generating monthly rolling forecasts for annual cash flow.
- Managing the bank guarantee process, including receipt, release, renewal, and claims.
- Undertaking additional responsibilities as delegated by management on an ad hoc basis.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, in the field of accounting and a certified management accountant certificate is preferred (CMA).
- UAE National with a family book.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in cash management and treasury.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and lead teams.
