Job Description:
Madison Pearl is exclusively working with a government entity to expand their Policy and Strategy team. They are seeking an Associate Manager to join them to strengthen relationships with government partners, coordinate regulatory and awareness workshops with Business Groups and Business Councils
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between organization and federal & Dubai Government entities, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
- Coordinate engagement between government entities and Business Groups/Councils, ensuring alignment and effective collaboration.
- Plan and manage regulatory, awareness, and consultation workshops end-to-end, including content alignment, logistics, and participation.
- Manage structured government data requests and reporting, ensuring accurate consolidation, insights capture, and timely submissions.
- Propose process improvements and structured engagement models to manage increasing demand efficiently.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- 5 – 7 years of progressive relevant experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Strong sense of business acumen.
- Only Emiratis will be considered.
