Job Description:
Madison Pearl is partnering with a leading bank in Abu Dhabi to expand their Strategy Division as a Senior Specialist you will be responsible for for identifying emerging trends, analysing future scenarios, and supporting the development of long-term strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop future scenarios and strategic foresight frameworks to influence decision-making.
- Support the design and execution of long term strategies aligned with organizational priorities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate foresight insights into business planning and policy development.
- Produce reports and presentations for senior leadership.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of strategic initiatives and adjust recommendations accordingly.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Strategy, Economics, Public Policy, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5–8 years of experience in strategy and/or research.
- Experience in scenario planning, trend analysis, or innovation strategy.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Only Emiratis will be considered.
