Job Description:
Madison Pearl is partnering with a prominent government entity in Abu Dhabi, and they are seeking a Security Specialist to support the development and implementation of national safety, security, and defence strategies and framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design and implementation of national and Abu Dhabi-specific safety, security, and defence frameworks.
- Develop and oversee crisis, risk, and emergency response models, including escalation protocols and coordination mechanisms.
- Facilitate inter-agency alignment across the security sector, working closely with entities such as Abu Dhabi Police, Civil Defence, Crisis Management Centre, and hazardous materials teams.
- Monitor and assess threats through situational awareness platforms and early warning systems to ensure timely and effective response.
- Benchmark safety and security performance against international standards in areas including crime prevention, substance use, road safety, and fire incident response.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience with translating large sets of data into strategic initiatives.
- Proven experience in crisis and emergency management planning.
- Excellent coordination skills with the ability to align multiple stakeholders across the public safety and security ecosystem.
- Experience applying international standards and best practices in public safety domains.
