Job Description:
Madison Pearl is partnering with a government institution based in Dubai for a role of Head of HR. The purpose of this role is to oversee the strategic functions of the HR department and ensure a positive work culture across the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Workforce Planning: Aligning HR initiatives with organizational objectives and predicting future talent requirements.
- HR Strategy Development: Creating and executing HR policies.
- Employee Engagement: Formulating strategies to enhance morale, productivity, and retention.
- Talent Development: Implementing training programs to enhance leadership and skill growth.
- Performance Management: Establishing systems for assessing and rewarding performance.
- Risk Management: Identifying and minimizing HR-related risks.
- Team Leadership: Leading and mentoring the HR team to meet departmental objectives.
- HR Process Optimization: Enhancing HR operations for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resource or similar field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience, 3 of which have been in leadership roles.
- Exceptional English and Communication skills.
- Experience in working with government institutions and excellent stakeholder relationships.
- Emirati locals will be preferred.
