Job Description:
Madison Pearl is partnering with a Singaporean family office for an opportunity of Design and Technical Manager within their real estate development team in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process, ensuring coordination between consultants’ compliance with development goals and authority regulations.
- Develop design strategy and manage local and international consultant appointments. Coordinate design from concept to construction documentation (IFC).
- Ensure full design compliance with UAE authority regulations and planning policies.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and value engineer proposals.
- Oversee permitting and project registration processes with relevant authorities.
- Ensures that all technical deliverables align with project objectives and investor expectations.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or engineering.
- 9 - 12 years’ UAE experience in design coordination.
- Experience working with international design consultants (e.g., Atkins, Aecom, Gensler).
- Strong understanding of local codes (Dubai Municipality, DDA, ADM, etc.).
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to manage C level executives.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and propose actionable insights.
