Madison Pearl has been mandated to lead a confidential search for a Chief Investment Officer on behalf of a reputable semi government investment manager based in the UAE. Reporting directly to executive leadership, the Chief Investment Officer will be responsible for driving investment strategy, transaction origination, strategic partnerships, and capital attraction initiatives across the platform. The successful candidate will play a central role in engaging with global investors, multinational corporates, and global contributors to identify opportunities that support long term growth, and international expansion objectives.

The organization is seeking an individual with a strong international network, exceptional commercial judgement, and a proven track record advising governments and institutional investors on complex transactions and strategic investments. This is a rare opportunity for a senior “top tier investment banking professional” to transition from sell side advisory to a leadership position supporting long term economic development.

• Lead the development and execution of the organization’s investment strategy across priority sectors and markets
• Originate and execute strategic investment opportunities, partnerships, and large-scale transactions
• Engage directly with institutional investors, multinational corporates, and global financial institutions
• Advise executive leadership on market trends, capital flows, and strategic growth opportunities
• Support cross border investment and commercial development initiatives
• Evaluate complex investment structures, financing solutions, and strategic partnerships
• Represent the organization at high level international meetings, forums, and negotiations
• Drive collaboration across public and private sector stakeholders to achieve long term strategic objectives

• Senior investment banking leadership experience gained within a top tier international investment bank
• Strong background in M&A, corporate finance, strategic advisory, capital raising, or principal investments
• Deep understanding of international markets and strategic capital deployment
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and executive communication capabilities
• Experience operating within emerging markets and international growth environments is highly advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced academic qualifications preferred
