Job Description:
Madison Pearl is partnering with a prestigious government entity based in Dubai for a role of HR Business Partner. This role bridges HR and business needs by advising leaders, managing wellbeing initiatives, and ensuring policies and programs foster a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business units to understand workforce needs and integrate strategies that enhance employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
- Monitor and analyse employee engagement and wellbeing metrics to identify trends and recommend interventions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver employee wellbeing programs.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies related to employee welfare and engagement.
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership on wellbeing outcomes and workforce engagement insights
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Well versed with HR processes, employee relations, and wellbeing frameworks.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and propose actionable insights.
