Madison Pearl is partnering on a confidential search for a senior leadership appointment within a prominent and rapidly evolving exhibitions and events platform in the UAE. This role sits at the forefront of the organisation’s growth agenda and will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction of a large scale exhibitions portfolio. The successful candidate will lead the commercial, operational, and stakeholder framework required to position the platform as a leading regional destination for business events, conferences, and international exhibitions. Working closely with executive leadership and key external partners, this individual will be instrumental in driving market expansion, enhancing venue utilisation, and strengthening the organisation’s long term presence across the regional and international MICE landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic direction and performance of the exhibitions business unit
- Drive revenue growth across event sales, sponsorship, partnerships, and venue utilisation
- Oversee the planning and delivery of major exhibitions, conferences, and corporate events
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders across government, industry, and international partners
- Identify new market opportunities and support the launch of new event concepts and portfolios
- Lead and develop commercial, operations, and event management teams
- Support the wider positioning of the organisation as a leading regional destination for business events
