Job Description:
Our client is a leading bank in UAE. They are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in Business and Retail Credit Card development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute end-to-end strategies for the business credit card product line.
- Spearhead a comprehensive product development process, from development to launch.
- Perform market research and analysis to determine new market trends.
- Track the effectiveness of the current credit card products and portfolio metrics.
- Ensure all credit card products and marketing campaigns are in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Qualifications:
- 7 – 12 years of experience in product management within the banking industry.
- Strong understanding of the UAE market.
- Deep knowledge of credit card products, payment networks, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to comprehend customer data to help in product enhancements.
- Excellent analytical skills and strategic thinking ability, with expertise in data analysis.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
