Job Description
We are supporting a senior Private Banking mandate in DIFC with a focus on two key international wealth corridors: NRI (South Asia) and Africa (Sub-Saharan / West Africa UHNW).
This is a relationship-led role within a bank-backed private banking platform, designed for experienced bankers with an established client base and a strong track record in originating, managing, and growing HNW/UHNW relationships.
The successful candidate will be responsible for deepening existing client relationships and driving new business growth across their respective coverage market, with a strong emphasis on AUM expansion, client acquisition, and long-term relationship management.
The platform offers a flexible and entrepreneurial environment, enabling bankers to better leverage their client relationships while accessing a broader range of investment, structuring, and wealth solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients within NRI or Africa markets
- Originate new client relationships and expand AUM
- Provide tailored wealth management solutions across investment and advisory products
- Develop long-term client relationships with a focus on retention and growth
- Collaborate with internal investment and product specialists to deliver bespoke solutions
Key Requirements:
- Strong track record in Private Banking / Wealth Management
- Established client relationships within NRI or Africa corridors
- Demonstrated ability to grow and transition client assets
- Hunter mentality with a focus on revenue generation and AUM growth
