Declan Ball

Declan has worked internationally in financial and professional services for more than 30 years in multiple Middle Eastern countries, and served as a member of the executive teams of several banks, both as Chief Human Resources Officer and Group HR Advisor. He works in English, French and Arabic.

Declan has supported many clients by conducting risk-based assessments and audits of their human capital, and by designing performance management processes and integrated approaches to reward. He also works with boards and executive teams on corporate governance and performance management, human capital operational risk, and strategic leadership development.
